For screen printing completed by multiple people working together, only by taking responsibility for the previous process and conducting self inspection and self-examination of each process, and strictly controlling the quality, can we produce screen printing products that satisfy our customers. The perfect match between screen printing, ink, and printing is a prerequisite for obtaining good printed products. The quality of the printing plate directly determines the quality of the printed product. Printing is only an inspection of the quality of the printing plate. However, under the premise of stable printing plate quality, due to the carelessness of the printing workers, ideal printed products cannot be obtained, and instead, greater waste will be caused, resulting in defective or scrap products. 

Before mass printing, the printing screen should be fixed and ink should be poured in for trial printing to check the level, ink color, ink layer thickness, specifications, and registration accuracy of the layout and text reproduction. If the accuracy of the registration is poor, it can be adjusted according to the fine-tuning knob in front of the frame; If the color of the ink is incorrect, check if the wrong ink is used and replace it immediately; If the ink is poorly applied, solvent can be used to wipe the graphic and textual parts of the printing plate, which can improve the ink's permeability and wetting properties on the substrate to a certain extent; If there is a significant difference in the order and level of the graphics and text, the printing screen should be replaced immediately. The following points must be noted during the printing process.

(1) Pay close attention to the rules. Due to the continuous back and forth movement of the printing frame during printing, the printing plate and frame are subject to collision and vibration during their back and forth operation, resulting in small displacement between the two and inaccurate overprinting, which affects the appearance quality of the product. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the rules frequently, discover and adjust them in a timely manner.

(2) Regularly check the sample. If ink deficiency is found in the printed product imprint, the screen should be wiped immediately with a clean cotton cloth. This situation is mostly caused by the adhesion of broken plastic film or ink crust on the printing plate, which clogs the screen due to dryness. If uneven or light ink color is found, it may be due to excessive viscosity of the ink. The machine should be stopped immediately and the viscosity of the ink should be diluted with solvent. At the same time, the graphic and text parts of the layout should be wiped with gasoline to prevent ink leakage or clogging, in order to facilitate continuous operation.

(3) The stacking of semi-finished products should be neat. During the stacking process of semi-finished products, it is necessary to stack the paper with both sides hanging down. Otherwise, the paper will form a bow shape due to its own gravity, and the two sides of the paper will be raised and uneven, causing difficulty in paper transmission during printing and often resulting in sheet breakage. When the paper stack is irregular, it can be leveled with cardboard, and the height of the paper stack should be adjusted frequently with the adjustment knob of the paper sorting mechanism to ensure smooth paper transfer and smooth printing process.

(4) The blades of the drying device have been damaged due to long-term use, and in some places, they are not synchronized with the operation of the main machine, often causing the printing on the paper rack to be disorderly. At this point, you should be quick witted and quick to remove it immediately from the bottom of the messy opening. It is best not to make the ink film surface face each other to avoid sticking and causing defective or scrap products.

Therefore, only by paying attention to the various aspects that affect printing quality can we produce exquisite printed products, improve yield, reduce consumption and increase efficiency, and enable enterprises to stand invincible in market competition.
